You are eleven thousand kilometres away and you cannot walk around the unit yourself. So somebody independent walks around it for you — and the report reaches you, not us.

The inspection succeeds when it saves you from a bad unit — not when you buy.

How it stays independent

You choose the inspectorWe put the options in front of you and you pick one. We do not assign it, and we do not inspect it ourselves.
The report reaches youIt comes to you directly from the inspector. It does not pass through us, and we do not summarise it for you.
Walking away is a resultIf the report tells you to step back, that is the inspection doing its job. You will not hear otherwise from us.

A photograph shows you a tap. It does not show you whether water comes out of it. These clips are from real inspections we arranged.

You do. We show you the options and you choose. We do not inspect units ourselves.

Who receives the report?

You do, directly from the inspector. It does not pass through us.

Is the inspection free?

No. The inspection is paid.

What happens if the report is bad?

You walk away. That is what the inspection is for, and we do not pressure you.

What gets checked?

Each system is operated, one by one: water, gas burners, flame, awning and electrics.
